Angove's Nine Vine Shiraz Viognier, 2007: Deep red with purple hues this medium bodied wine is bursting with aromas of spicy black pepper, exotic spice and lifted fruit flavour with apricot notes. On the palate the wine shows complex rich berry fruits integrated seamlessly with delicate understated oak. The wine has a fleshy mid palate and structured rich fruit finish.

Grant Burge (Cameron Vale) Cabernet Sauvignon, 2006: A dark red/purple colour, this superb wine has an intense and complex nose of blackberry, mint and chocolate. The palate is rich and elegant which has generous dark berry fruits, spiced meats and complimentary savoury leather flavours. The silky smooth palate is well structured with fine grained tannins and well integrated French oak. It has an excellent weight and persistence and a memorable finish. The intense and complex characters of this wine would be a delicious match to aged beef or roasted kangaroo fillets with sautéed mushrooms and garlic.

Cassegrain Cabernet Merlot, 2007: This elegant wine is dark plum in colour with an intense crimson hue. Aromas of cassis, mulberries and violets arouse the senses, whilst flavours of blood plum, vanilla bean and wild blueberry lace the palate.

Fiddlers Creek Shiraz, 2006: A minty, medium bodied red from 40 year old vines; this has plenty of power and weight, with enough structure to see it through many years yet, and will benefit from a decant.

X & Y Margaret River Chardonnay: This Margaret River Chardonnay has intense fruit characters and an excellent acid backbone. The product of an exceptional white vintage. 1Gold Medal.

Cassegrain Semillon, 2008: This elegant wine is pale straw in colour with a vibrant green hue. Aromas of lemon meringue and lime zest explode on the decadent nose. The palate has excellent length with a provocative mix of green apples, passionfruit pulp and gooseberry.

Enjoy now as a lively young wine, or cellar for up to 5 years to experience a rich, opulent Semillon.

Kingston Estate Merlot: he wine is deep red in colour with purple hues. Intense blueberry and violet aromas are supported by hints of spice and lavender. The finish is smooth and rounded with some velvety tannins. Subtle vanillian oak has combined well with the coffee and blueberry flavours giving this wine great length and character. Kingston Estate Merlot is a wine to be enjoyed now, or can be cellared for up to 3-5 years, in ideal conditions.

Jacobs Creek Merlot: Medium red with purple hues. Fresh plum and berry with spicy red currant fruit aromas balanced with subtle vanilla toast. Lively medium bodied wine with fresh red berry fruits and spice layered with integrated vanillin oak. Soft, well rounded mid palate followed by velvety tannins providing structure and a persistent finish.

Sarantos Merlot: This wine was aged on French Oak to allow the oak flavours to meld with fruit flavours, creating a lovely rounded red wine. The result is a vibrant deep crimson colour and the nose displays notes of raspberry, plum, dark cherry and fruits of the forest. You will also witness some hints of clove, cinnamon, almond, herbs and blueberry. The palate displays berry, plum with subtle hints of cedar. Medium bodied with bright fruit and firm tannins. It has great length and a very subtle cream oak finish. A brilliant jewelled red colour announces the abundant plum, berry and violet characters. The soft, juicy and generous flavours are wonderfully rich with a soft tannin structure supporting the vibrant fruit. The ideal partners for Sarantos Merlot are seasoned roast chicken, pasta and Mediterranean seafood dishes including Tuna Risotto.

Lyrup Crossing Merlot: The balance of silky tannins, ripe fruit flavours and distinct varietal character do justice to this noble grape. Aromas of plums, cherries and fruit cake dominate. On the palate, the flavours range from the plums and raspberries to the secondary complexity leafy Merlot characters. This is a smooth and easy-drinking offering.

Drifters Cabernet Merlot: Deep red with purple hues, the colour of this wine gives the warning of the ripe opulent flavours on the nose and palate. Cassis and plums with some spicy oak are apparent on the nose and the rich ripe flavours of fully mature grapes come through on the palate. This wine is easy to drink and will complement a wide spectrum of food, including Asian dishes, pasta, pizza or a relaxed barbeque.

The Puppeteer Merlot: Puppeteer merlot has a full mid palate that has an combination of distinct spicy plum and tight vanilla oak tannins. This wine is rich and layered with a warm finish!

Sir James Pinot Chardonnay: Made using traditional Sparkling winemaking techniques, this is simply stunning value. The bubbles are fine which gives the palate a delicious creamy texture. The aroma is complex and there's is an abundance of flavour heightened by acidity.

Tyrrells Ashman Brut NV: Produced from some of Tyrrell's top Semillon vineyards, the fruit was machine harvested early in the vintage. The base wine received some short term lees contact which has added to the depth and richness of the wine. The colour is a medium yellow and the nose shows full, clean Semillon, lifted citrus and some straw notes. On the palate these flavours are added to with toasty, yeast characters gained in the winemaking process. Great served as an aperitif, will complement an endless array of food styles.

De Bortoli Willowglen Brut NV:Straw yellow in colour. Displays fresh, herbaceous aromas. A very refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine displaying fresh, fruit flavours and a creamy palate with a crisp clean finish. The ideal wine for any occasion. This wine is made to consume now or cellar for 1-2 years. Willowglen Brut is a delightful sparkling wine served either on its own or with canapes such as chilled oysters, prawns, smoked trout or salmon.
