Hello and thank you for visiting my website.
My name is Charis. I have two beautiful children - Elizabeth (almost 6) and Dominic (3). The reason I decided to get into this business is, dare I say it, a distinct black hole that gets ever bigger day by day in our bank account! A situation that more and more people are facing every day.
I believe that customers' needs are of the utmost importance and I am committed to meeting those needs. Although this website is very new, I have previously achieved through my eBay listings a high percentage of sales from repeat customers and referrals.

Gift wrapping is available for an extra $2.00 on top of the total order (not per gift). If you would like gift wrapping on your purchases, please leave me a note in the check out/payment process, or just send me an email. Be sure to let me know the occasion the gift is for and the age so that I can wrap the gift appropriately.
Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If you are really unable to pay at that time, please contact me immediately so that we can work something out that is good for you and me.
At this time I only have the following methods of payment available:

- Money Order/Bank Cheque
No personal cheques please!
* Please contact me when you purchase so that I can provide you with bank details to deposit your payment into.
Postage will have to be paid by you but there will be special occasions when I'll do free postage but not just yet! The cost of postage will depend on each item. I will however combine postage costs if you purchase a number of items. I will advise you of the postage costs at the time I send you an invoice for your purchase.
Returns/Refunds
I want you to be happy with the purchase(s) you make with me however I will not accept a returns if you simply just change your mind. If the product is damaged or does not work, then I am more than happy to help you out. If this is the case, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of you receiving your item
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
To return an item, please follow the instructions below.
- Contact me at charis@anythingyouneedishere.com to obtain a return reference number and an address for the return to be sent back to.
- A copy of your receipt MUST be included in your shipment along with the return reference number.
- Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
- For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like Australia Post. Postage costs will be at your expense.
- Once your item is received, I'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- I will then contact my supplier to organise a return or exchange. If you are exchanging you will not need to pay postage on the item that is being sent back to you.
- Please note that I order products on an as needs basis when your payment is received, so I need to wait until my supplier refunds me before I can refund you.
